It'll honestly probably be the best if not one of the best decisions you've ever made and ever will make.

I say 'if not one of' the best decisions because engaging in this activity will lead you to making better decisions

& Its not something you can just sit there and do in 5 minutes. It takes time. At first your mind will start racing and even if you try to think about nothing, thinking about thinking of nothing is a thought in itself and it'll cause a disruption in your relaxation process. After a while the mind stops grabbin @ shit & you'll just feel an overwhelming feeling of love & tranquility.

If you understood enough about this Earth, you'd understand people did nothing BUT meditate in the beginning. We're all connected...the humans, animals, plants, etc. So their way of communicating with the Universe was meditation...and when they communicated orally, that's what we call 'prayer' It wasn't until these distractions in the form of new tech & entertainment came that people abandoned meditation completely

So how can I brainwash anybody when I'm promoting something that was once a natural occurence in our daily lives. If anything, the new phones, consoles, cars..all that shit is brainwashing. If you didn't know what a car was, you wouldn't want one. If you didn't know what a phone was, you wouldn't want one. We were programmed to have desires(wants) higher than our needs on our priority list. Somebody had to program you to want the new car or the latest phone.

So how can I brainwash you when you're already brainwashed and you don't realize it? I can't brainwash you any further than you've already been brainwashed, trust that.

The people in power can - that's why you take surveys online to unlock sites/downloads, surveys about service, surveys in stores, there's "like" buttons for everything and cameras with facial recognition technology across retail stores that can store the faces of all the freest spenders. When they can basically control/predict your mannerisms and habits, they can do whatever they want with you

What you don't understand is that you're a product in the eyes of every marketer & sinister person that's well aware of the fact they can siphon money out of you.

If you make $50,000/yr and you want a car that costs $100,000, you can't afford it. Why do you want it? Because they made you want it. Which in turn will make you work harder for it so that next year around you make $75,000 instead of $50,000. When you work so damn hard for it that you're clearing $150,000 a year instead of $50,000 and you can afford the $100,000 car, they brainwash you and insert another desire into your head so you can spend money on that too

Everything is marketing. You're on LetsBeef because in one way or another it was marketed to you. Whether you spent money or not, the site was made accessible to you by some means (usually a powerful platform with a strong internet presence like a Google or a Yahoo) which brought you here, me here, and us into this forum discussion...


When you meditate you see through the tricks in everything. You understand the marketing behind everything, you appreciate the beauty behind everything, you can easily identify when people are trying to get over on you, sucker you, manipulate you, lie to you... It becomes easy to see past the games people play & you become more of a spiritual being that learns to appreciate the experience that is life, embracing everything from the most negative to the most positive aspects of it, rather than a physical being too attached to earthly desire & programmed to operate on a certain frequency



@Fidel Z If you try meditating and say meditating isn't for you, then you didn't do it right.... Trust me, I thought meditating wasn't for me the first...5 times I tried it maybe lol

That's because I wasn't focused and let the most minor shit distract me. Plus, I was way younger. Ya'll know how young niggas hate sitting still for 10 seconds let alone 10 minutes. Go on YouTube and find yourself a good meditation video, there's plenty. When I got into meditation a few years back I found a video that actually taught me how to do it right, and gave me my first lucid dreams. Idk what exactly you gotta type in, something like 'meditation tutorial' or 'pineal gland meditation' should be good enough.

When you meditate, you wanna focus on your pineal gland. It lies somewhere in between your eyes. You wanna close your eyes and make sure your body isn't stiff. Make your legs feel loose, your arms at your side loose, everything relaxed. Don't force your eyes closed, close them gently and focus on that pineal gland. The shit doesn't happen in 2 minutes, or even 5 maybe. For me usually its 10-15 minutes in but trust me, after about 5 minutes of completely blocking everything out, your focus becomes so intense you don't realize 15 minutes passed because you're overwhelmed by such a positive experience that brings you clarity
