yo all GYM HEADS ENTER (last thread i'l ever make if i get a good answer)
i just read a yahoo article and it blew my face off, i can't believe the crazy shit in it , it showed an average joe getting a 6 pack in just 12 weeks..
here's the article:
http://health.yahoo.net/experts/dayi...k-abs-12-weeks
and i quote it said to do this he
"He switched to resistance training intervals focused on anaerobic workouts—exercise that involves brief, high-intensity activities like lifting weights, pushups, power training, sprinting or jumping"
^^^ So question, i googled this resistance training shit, but don't understand it, how is lifting weights a high intense work out? or power training?
i understand sprinting but i don't got room to do that? what kind of Resistance training interval can i do with Weights or at the gym? i have pretty much everythin there?
thank you
and my stomach wasn't as bad as his so shall we say I gain a 6 pack in 6 weeks? if he was 12 weeks ? and i'm a lil skinnier ? that possible

Do 5 sets of 30 sit ups, strech you hands all the way out and only go until your wrist are just past your knee caps. then do 10 minutes of plank evenly spaced out for aslong as you can hold it, everyday for 12 weeks and i can almost garuntee progress. but as Jason said everyone metabolism is different. and the rate that they gain muscles. i took a 8 week physical trainer course. lol

I did high intensity interval training and managed to get an OK six pack in about 12 weeks, but my general muscle mass dropped too; hence why I'm bulking now. You can't get that sort of full body transformation - or drop all your body fat for the "perfect six pack" - in 12 weeks (unless you're already fairly slim). I was never close to fat, average build if anything, and the HIIT helped me drop that excess fat brilliantly, but the sheer amount of cardio meant I was burning too many calories and losing mass. Also, if you're not making every calorie you eat count you'll never get that ripped look.
Just be careful with it dude, it's great for losing weight, but if you're trying to gain muscle as you stated in a previous thread then don't worry about the 6 pack cutting stuff now or you'll end up one of this weird sticky skinny guys with pencil thin arms and legs and a point blank out-of-place six pack.

The question I ask is: Why are you making a thread about this on Letsbeef?
Go to menshealth.com or something, sheesh, fuck outta here.

what exactly is the HIIT thing , can u gimme the basics of what u did for 12 weeks? i'll do the same thing and be jacked like this guy in the picture, so far i just chill on the treadmil for 10-15 mins a few days a week and lift random weights but nothing with intensity, how do i incorporate high intensity into my workouts?
and to vitrol. i'm to lazy to make account elsewhere and letsbeef has alotta emcees who stay fit so i'm interested how they manage their success
