As far as why kw0n, who Odin says is blocked, was able to vote on said battle twice despite being blocked I don't have a definitive answer for that. My suspicion is that it being a tournament has something to do with as they are completely separate from the normal battle system. The fact that he was able to immediately vote again after I deleted said vote kind of proves that it wasn't Odin saying he had the guy blocked, the vote being deleted and oh he can't vote now. Because it happened twice I'm more inclined to believe he was blocked the whole time.

If it were up to me blocking would apply to everything BUT battles since people voting in a bad manner is a moderator and above issue. Not a user issue. That's just my opinion though.

Kwon's VP has NOT been changed. So that can be thrown right out.

If Kwon meant to be blocked and votes not counting, why did the votes from Kwon in Odins last 2 tourney battles FOR him not get deleted too? But the one AGAINST him was deleted?
