dope ass battle fellaz..one didnt seem like his normal self here, maybe rushed idk and the other came with some fire concepts, but was kinda off on some wp....really this is super close, honestly closer than  i thought it would been. my vote here is going to the bars that gave me a bit of a chuckle along with the umph of the punch....GREAT battle fellaz...GOOD LUCK to whoever advances

this was pretty tight gents , Reap was matching Esso's notorious punch power in quite a few spots and made it a highly contested match up , Reap was very creative here with the punches while Esso was more direct and to the point , i had an issue with breakfast in bed , like the waking up to meat all over the sheets bit , like i imagine the breakfast is usually served on a plate or dish of somekind and not waking up to bits of bacon randomly strewn across bed sheets , the set up was kinda weird for this punch to land cleanly for me lol . that was the only bar that didnt hit so well for Reap , Esso was solid with every bar jotted so with that in mind the edge will go to Esso for havin zero misses . This battle was fire bout to smoke and come back for a 3rd read... feel one was stronger opening and the other had stronger closing but I'm come back and make sure but props to both of yall this battle fire 

I've read this a few times already. One had an incredibly easy read barring some uncharacteristic blunders. The other put down some dope ass concepts with some iffy execution/wp that just flat out didn't work for me. I respect both, but content-wise I have it going one way. Oddly, impact wise I have it going the other way. 'Gravity Bong' for Esso and 'Abbreviated Shoutout' for reaper were top bars from my perspective. Could see this going either way.  I'll come back with an official vote after I think about it some more.

Damn, this is a really good battle that is difficult to vote on.

MR: Best verse I have ever read from you, hands down. Really enjoyed this one, although you misspelled Ruger. Could have taken this one IMHO if this bar read as - I saw the ‘squid games’ BITE SCANDAL & LAUGHED u better “show ya own work” like it's MATH if u gonna “TRI ANGLES ON MASK!”

Esso: Your verses are mad entertaining. I like the story element of how the bars connect in transitions. Good shit.

(ESSO): liked the opening “Greif consuming you” punch and the relevance, I liked the ODC bar was a fan of the set up too much but it wasn’t bad at all, overboard with the tea bag bar was funny lol,  Follow him with the colt was fire and gritty!,  Gravity Bong and Japanese Gong was supaaa fire my favorite bar !!, Breathing Machine bar was fire!, whipping this fruit was a solid closer.

(MASKED-REAPER): the opener was solid, tri angles on mask was real fire.. the ankle tag was cool on some probation shit I liked the bar before better, Breakfast and bed was fire, felt the SOS flip could’ve been better, gas the Benz was cool, I liked the flamed joints, the closer was solid.

(OVERALL): I felt like I gave it to one for a bar that helped make my decision props to both for putting on a show I honestly think this could be one of those 51%-49% decisions but that’s just my opinion props to whoever wins! :high:

Got my winner pretty convincingly here. Both verses were top notch, just one verse had too many dry spots and had some spotty multi sets (using same word). One applied pressure throughout, other started strong but couldn't keep up.

Hard to vote, both did their thing..i think one punched smarter but the other had harder flows. Could go either way, but i slightly edge it to one i think was a bit more clever. Fair vote and gl to both.

Crackin battle from both. close af. Es' opener and the teabag bar were my favorites. It's that classic Esso swag that really makes his verses and bars stand out. But on the other hand you have Mask who brought some fire personals and layered bars, the tri angles and the autopsy closer were damn impactful and extremely effective at bringing your verse together. 

This was close af and would not be surprised to see either take it. Took a few reads but I got my winner. Good shit to both of you

Plenty of quotable bars from both. Definitely worth the read. My choice had 2 of my favorite bars of the battle. Both were consistent and creative. That OCD line from Esso and the S/O line from MR were my favorites. Overall good shit yall and good luck

I have read this a few times now. Way way closer than i would have ever thought. Feel one took his opponent for granted while the other stood up to the challenge. Was nice concepts on both sides, some hit and some didn't. Damn near a coin toss haha certainly the best battle of the round and possibly the tourney. I'm leaning towards Reaper, had a few bars that resonated with me more. Best of luck to both moving forward. Great reads.
