good battle fellaz.....hek you really stepped up for your comp this round and i loved the reverb bar. my winner here was just above in every catagory and just the clean writing had the mutlies and punches just hitting nicely....good luck to whoever goes in

Both did their thing. Hek, good step up on other verses. Flowed well.  Purps, creative verse, some big hits, others didn't land.  

overall, one was better in all areas.

Nice battle here in round one. Hel certainly stepped up his game here, some nice concepts. Purps was ahead here in each area, structure was cleaner, which makes the read smooth as well as double meanings, set ups connecting with the bars etc... best of luck to both.

Smoothness took this one. My choice went lighter than usual but did enough for the W. The loser did his thing but needs to get a little more creative with their wording.

fun battle, i felt one was more proper in his raps and came with a url rap like flow, the other had some hits here and there and wasnt bad but i felt was sort of outmatched by his opponent so fair vote.

I was fucking with heks creativity and a couple punches from him was solid, Purp had some dope and solid lines, felt Purp edged flow wise and attacked Teafy with a consistent momentum to his round imo. Props to both of yall :high:

This is super difficult to vote on, since the styles are so different but both came with SOME SHIT!

In my attempt to objectively vote for a winner, having reread both verses multiple times, I feel like what we have here is a case where Hek threw far more punches but with less setup and therefore impact, while Purp threw fewer but heavier, more impactful punches.

No loser in this match either way. Two winners, but I have to cast the fair vote for one over the other.

Feel one done enough to take this here fv as always. 

Cool battle here fellas, one's concepts were better overall, punches executed better. The other one was cool, but the "you'll prolly fall in love with Me" shit confused me. "Bars'll hit ya chin, like chin ups/holding shots like gin cups" nice, but you mentioned chin twice. 

Purps got this 1 with much better complexity to his writtens

I didn't like hek repeating words in some of his lines to make the bars rhyme 

Example: you got the worst going round...earths going round

just shows a lack of penmanship in my opinion

Purps took this clean imo. Hek had a couple strong bars, but Purps put consistent pressure on his opponent and had heavier punches line for line. Dope battle.

hek had very unfortunate luck here ngl, pass straight to the winner, honestly. that said, this is a serious step up and quite impressive verse from Hek, he just basically matched against the worst possible guy

Purps got this one easily. Better execution and more impact from start to finish.
