Real nice battle here! I enjoyed both reads equally until the very end of ones verse. I felt that he started to slow down which affected my decision of who to vote for. Although, I have tonsay that 

his opening bars were nice af! Great work here fellas! Keep those pens movin!

*Okay...for those that are familiar with Students background; this was a pretty relevant personal..."bearing no fruit/seedless" was a nice touch. Pretty well structured, and multis aligned proportionately...lobby/ring your bell, was good...and the Geechi Gotti reference was a pretty dope, finishing out this series. Although, I do feel for an opener...this was rather watered-down than what I'm accustomed to seeing from you, would have rather seen something a little more potent than you just grabbing him by the collar on this one...but overall: DOPE! 

"I'M THE BEST SHOOTIN. Burners lighting up to help you pass, this ain't a SCIENCE TEST, STUPID! Pump the brakes. Your LIFELESS PEN'S USELESS we see "ya 16 goin in circles", is this DRIVER'S ED, STUDENT" 

*Okay, pretty consistent setup and build...burner (Bunsen burner)/lighting/pass (chemistry class)/science test: solid references...Brakes/16 going in circles (bars)...some very stable correlations with a super solid punch, the namplay worked perfectly and flowed smoothly...flowed both direction. Well done here. 

"Translation: We gotcha car marked, we'll ride up CLOSE 'N WE'LL LIFT THE HEAT, student driver: we knew you was a novice the MOMENT YOU HIT THE STREET!" 

*Okay, dope double entendre here....read both directions effortlessly...awesome build, great selection of multis...very creative, when paired with the overall concept/scheme...props to maintaining the subject matter, without detouring from the initial point. A pretty stiff jab. 

"Switch the scheme... Ya girl wants the sausage, so I put my COCK IN HER MEAT WALLET. After that? Her "tail's lookin' for that ring fast", you'd've THOUGHT THAT I BEAT SONIC!" 

*lol...Although In not the biggest advocate of "girlfriend/sausage bars", neither do I find "Sonic and Tails" schemes to be head-scratching, because of prevalence...but you managed to capitalize...very humorous indeed. Solid setups, great build...and good multis.  

"Tryna throw hands in a fight? You BOXIN' W/ ME? STOP IT I'll put these "paws on ya head" like we was WATCHIN THE STREET PROFITS! That's wrestling bars..." 

*Okay, multis well aligned...quality jab here. Great comparison, correlation and solid punch. 

You spent the whole last round KNOWIN IT'S LOCK 'n HOPIN' IT'S NOT. See I'm dialed in, while you're only doing numbers w/ how ya spin it w/ a ROTARY, OCK! 

*Intuitive, very solid buildup...dialed/numbers/spin/ROTARY...was pretty fire, a nice touch...another quality jab. 

"This is bad luck for you, so many rounds hit you, you'll even getcha ROSARY SHOT, give you that "salt-shaker" treatment, you'll be spillin on the table w/ some HOLES IN YA TOP!" 

*Okay, "rounds"/Rosary was pretty fresh...although I think better wording was warranted here..."salt shaker" treatment, was a nice touch...felt as if the closer should have been stronger, yet it works well...another dope jab...creative. 

STUDENT:  

"He's got a few "Titles" I don't but I left "Out Of Sight" GIVEN LIFE'S DUTIES meanwhile he hung around "The Usual Suspects" made some "Quick Change(s)" and got RIDE N' DIE GROUPIES each one dumber than the last...LIKE THE 3 STOOGES!" 

*Okay, pretty decent concepts on display...the references where suitable, yet the multis were a little slanted...overall, pretty decent..."dumber" than the next was a good touch. NICE! 

"so the Key to Jimmy'ing this Lock? I've been an "Inside Man" in "The Town" so I can "Set It Off" w/ "Heat" to "Lock, Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels" but this isn't about LISTING HEIST MOVIES!" 

*a good amalgam of ideas and concepts, correlation was pretty dope as well. Although, it was a bit fragmented...as your thoughts hadn't fully developed in regards to the results that you were looking for...although, it was very creative...your build was pretty stretched. Inside man/Set it off/The Town/Set it off...in addition to other references was actually pretty witty. Good work here

"It's "Perplexing" how HE BE PLAYING GAMES dude stays on Discord but he acts like LB's SAVING GRACE cept' he's Dis-Associated cus' around Y2K's the last time this MOD'S BEEN ON THE PAGE!" 

*Pretty dope references and personals...yet again, you multi syllables didn't add up...which would have resulted in a far more potent bar. In doing so, you lose a little bit of cohesiveness as it relates to the concept you are building. Dope idea!

"speaking of Old Acts, I'll give this Spice Girl a clean cut like MEL B's SHAVEN LEGS! I'm a menace with the flow, how ALLIGATORS BE while he takes a piss and thinks it's ART IN NATURE, PLEASE fuck all that Nice Guys shit doe, I'm finna Blast Guns & Slash Swords like Russell Crowe on my GLADIATOR STEEZE he's the type to Pepper In Lies, he's into MAKING HATERS SNEEZE! Fuck this bitch, I'll just hit a switch and he'll "flip out" like a NAVIGATOR KEY" 

*Okay, good references and setups were pretty much solid...multis were a tab bit slanted, but worked well in relation to the point that you were making...the build was pretty solid, yet again...you lose cohesiveness and disrupt the smoothness of the bars when your multis arrangements are off...still good bars! "Navigator key" was a nice touch!

"He'll say some shit about getting girls but he wears Cosby SWEATERS, IT'S EVIDENT so If Mr. NEVER BEEN RELEVANT aka Callaway thinks he can Trump me cus' he's a golf buff? he must take AFTER HIS PRESIDENT!" 

*Okay, pretty solid concept...solid ending, multis were a lot better this time...current ideas, decent approach...a nice jab! 

In conclusion, I chose the winner based on more structurally fluid ideas and concepts...solid punches and more polished schemes...although, his opponent displayed a very high level of creativity and original ideas.

Fairs in, good luck to you both...this a tournament, so my rating has to be stronger...these verses would have been a point higher in the arena.

I felt ones execution delivered a cleaner verse. The other concepts were dope but a little stretched in my opinion which threw it off a lil personally. Dope battle from both opponents.

Okay this was a nice ass battle..very creative on both ends. I not gonna critique cuz y'all no wat your doing..but I'll just say  one let off the gas towards the end while the other one kept the pedal to the metal..that was the deciding factor for me..Lock I liked the schemes n switch ups,  Student I liked your movie scheme..dope!

Based off structure of the verse I felt you both are tenured in the text side for sure.  Oth has their jabs and haymakers. I gotta go with what I enjoyed more holistically. Fv fellas good shit from both. Keep grinding out! 

Dope battle. Both direct as fucc! One was funny and hit hard. The other guy was on par but didnt bring enough. Respect

I had Lock taking this battle here. I'm not going to give a huge breakdown on this. Lock was just ahead in every category. Student it's just a bit too wordy inbetween concepts and that makes the flow choppy. Fairs in

Nice battle from both. Student you brung your normal swagged out style as usual and was pretty entertaining. Lock, you brung your usual punch style and stayed consistent. As I said, both were entertaining but winner did a bit more in his area.
