I felt like one fucked himself over by using played/weak concepts. The flow outclassed his opponent by a nautical mile, but there were 0 strong, creative, well-executed punches in the verse. The other dude had weak flow and trailed off near the end, but the verse had powerful punches that were delivered effectively using solid setups. He did have a few misses, though. I don't feel like a deeper expo is needed here. Fair's in. Mid 7 - Low 6. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

I thought this was quite a clear win. My loser's material just felt a little bit forced, and wasn't hitting as hard as his opponents in my opinion. Although he did have a couple of good lines, i just didn't think he maintained his level as well as my winner did. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Great tourney battle! Real close, and definitely a toss up. Both brought punches, but I felt one had longer setups with less internal rhyming that disrupted his scheming and flow as far as structure goes. On that note, my loser had some decent wordplay, and a couple stand out lines, including a personal, but many of his punches feel short and could have been executed to be stronger. My winner had a bit more solid flow as far as structure with good setups as far as internal rhyming, but had a couple fall short as far as being weaker concepts with less impact. I could easily see this going either way. You two made this difficult to decide... good job! RESPECT 2 both. FV in. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

Decent battle. My decision was based primarily on the closers for each. One finished strong, the other finished with one goofy metaphor after another. Both had some alright material in places, but I think one took the cleanly. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

One had some good concepts and landed some...his punches had potential for more impact though if they were set up a bit better. flow of the verse lacked a continuity for more than a single bar. Other was consistent...establi shed a jabbing style and continued all the way through. clean execution made the difference here. Good shit fellas. Voted: Yes (Hidden)

An Expected Verse With Expected Punches At An Expected Level. One Thing That Negatively Stuck Out Was The Lack Of Continuous Conceptual Punch Structuring. A Surprisingly Bad Verse. Shiiiit, this is tough for me because i felt my loser was quite a bit more creative with it. He also had the best bar of the battle. That being said, he still had some played shit. My winner was just smoother to me and had more consistency, and also a better flow. My losers lines were more interesting, but i just have to go with the fundamentals on this one because even though my winner was a bit more bland, he had strong enough hits to take it when coupled with smoother WP and flow. Very close battle. And came down to punch strength.. one had some very good acheme work . Inners were on point . Punchwise was mixed bag.
