newbs wit vote power..a problem?

newbs are obtaining a vote power before the get the concept of wut they are even voting on...so when they get on a battle and vote ginst a solid verse that may get slept on the better verse still loses...i feel the accounts shouldnt have VOTE POWER/like an award thats given after submittin 50-100 battles..it would control all the extra accounts bein made cuz so long as they have no Vote Power..the hate votes wont mattere...jus a Trill Concept...tell me wut u think
