i'm always voting on battles, and I give pretty good expos as well...
If you guys didn't know, there is nothing wrong with IM'ing a mod and asking for a FV, IM'ing a member is against the rules, but asking a mod to drop a fair is OK, and most the time they're more than happy to vote...

the Fair Voters Club is exactly what you are looking for. however, it will never re-develop, no matter how many different threads are made about it. the concept was nice but people started taking it way outta hand for a simple “custom title”.
