Change to comments system

Made a small change to comments system - comments from the battle participants will always be visible, even before voting. That means if I am viewing a battle before I vote, I can see all the comments from the 2 battle participants.

Why? If you're doing a battle, you can provide more context around your text/audio... or you can just beef with your opponent

The regular rules still apply for viewing non-participants comments & votes, you must vote on the battle first to see them.

I also made votes visible if you didn't vote, and the battle is closed.
