Proposition for better voting.

At the end of each week, why don't one of the moderators (@ILLoKWENT) because he's the FVC Mod.. Hold a poll for the voter of the week. This voter should receive some type of title for the week. Possibly their name color changes for that week to Gold or something cool. This way, everyone will be competing for that since it's eye catching and everyone wants a title or name color change. This will produce better voting, and get the people back into the spirit of voting.. @Noble Thoughts?

If I deem it to be very good voting ill restore ur vp.. or raise it higher than normal... keep in mind tho that in order for me to even consider raisein it higher than normal. U need to have been droppin exceptional voting consistently for a good while..and not for like a month then drop off.
