Admin/Mods for Advertising Refund

I don't mean to post here, but nobody has responded to several support requests, so I'm assuming nobody checks the messages wherever they are being sent.

I paid $100 to advertise on the site about a month ago. The ad has never ran and I would like a refund.

Is there anyone I can talk to on here that can make that happen so I don't have to file a dispute with credit card company?

im pretty sure it advertises.. but maybe its part of a "line-process".. when the current advertizement contract has been payed and done the next in line will get it's eye-candy..

or maybe it's relevant towards what you look up online.. cause everytime im on amazon i see banners on the side for computer parts or somthing.. when i finish looking up exercise routines i see home-gym advertisements.. and so on forth

They are just running google ads, which is why you see shit targeted towards your recent searches.

I paid for 100k views for a mobile battle rap app and have not seen the ad once, nor been contacted. I would think they would provide a link or control panel for me to see the stats. I didn't purchase it through a forum account though, as it didn't require it, but now that I created an account and I'm logged in, I see stats here: http://www.letsbeef.com/buy_ads.php

They are all empty and says no banners purchased though. This is most likely because it was purchased directly through PayPal processing and not a forum account.

Regardless, I just want the $100 refunded back from their PayPal account.

Yes, it's on credit card statement and processed through PayPal, but not a PayPal account. Shows as letsbeef/beatdisk. Check PayPal account to verify.

I created and maintain the app. Was trying to promote it for a tournament that started same day as NOME3. The ad never ran which is why I want the money back.
It was paid for on 6/13 and I've been attempting to have someone contact me in regards to it since then, with no response. That's why I've posted here.
