Whey protein killing me

As many know I've been trying to up my arm mass. So i decided to add 400 calories to my regular calorie intake. So I started taking Whey protein shake for breakfast. This is day 2. Both days i have had the worst headaches all day. I barely made it through work today. I'm gunna lay off of it tomorrow and drink more water and see if it helps.

How many scoops are you taking? Usually it’s like 100-120 calories a scoop. If you haven’t taken any and you start taking multiple servings in one shot just out of the blue, headaches can happen.

Its just protein... idk how it would give you headaches... what type of whey is it? what else is in it? You gotta eat big to get big.. plain and simple.
