I agree with Anar.. @Lockhart would have been able to enter if he was a leader now.. but Im sure that can be worked around if he can talk to his crew leader and see if he can get repromoted.. He already has Nov under his belt.. Lock holla and see what they say.. Im sure they wouldnt mind havin you rep them..
