If you make a website, which I presume it is, all they have to do is look at it to steal your idea anyways. What's to stop me emailing you, getting the idea, and then stealing it?

I'd kick it, but it will fail. A battle site these days needs highly respected members to run it. LB people aren't interested in forum battle sites and forum battle sites wont be interested in LB style battle sites. So thats text obsolete. Audio sites will need to seriously steal letsbeef members, as LB has the most active and regular audio battlers, or at least from what I've seen.
In all, rap sites, specifically battle sites, are pretty much doomed.

Suggesting that one sign a (mutual) nondiclosure agreement would work well...I actually own a few sites already (adult sites, believe it or not)...my interest is less in creating another "RAP/BATTLE/BEAT" site...if you have another idea you'd like to present...I'm all ears.
