I mean you might not like Simon and what he has done to music but are you going to pass on an opportunity that will enable you to prove your talent, earn you some money and open new doors for you? You might not like Simon but think of other people that are involved in the show. There are 3 judges which are big shots in the music industry correct? By accepting X Factor's offer you get to meet those people and prove your worth backstage and who knows whats gonna happen after that?

Some times you gotta make decisions based on common sense and not principals/beliefs. So IF I were you I'd accept it without any hesitation

Na the judges aren't big shots in the music industry, it's gone massively down hill, it was Piers Morgan (before BGT he was a virtually unknown journalist) and Amanda Holden (still not sure what she does, think she's a singer) and Simon Cowell, but now Piers and Simon been replaced with Michael McIntyre (comedian) and David Hasslehoff lol.

Amanda stays the same though, but I still 100% think you should do it.
