It's not my job to prove they're correct in banning someone. 14 Pages in not counting the other threads and they can't provide sources. Do you know why? Because they don't exist, EtH was banned unfairly and this shit goes on all of the time.

Finally an admission that you banned him for "lieing about staff members". Comments you didn't like about the staff. You banned him for posting his opinion. There was no rule broken, he didn't disrespect anyone you simply took offence to his comments as an ex-staff member.

However, an executive decision was made by a long-standing, trusted and widely respected senior member of staff to enforce a ban - that had been lifted in the first place - as the member broke the rules again.

It may be trivial to some of you, but it's happened and it will not un-happen. I stand by @RULE's decision, regardless of what other mods or members would have done had they been in the same situation.

EDIT: EtH was essentially on probation after having a perma-ban lifted. You must bear that in mind when trying to defend him.
