I don't understand the big debate here.
Eth gets allowed back to the site after a perma-ban, pushes his luck and fucks around with site rules as he always does, gets his perma-ban reinstated.
Seems to me like people trust mod decisions when it's convenient to them.
Eth has pushed and pushed and pushed - like he always does - and he's now dealing with the consequences. I have nothing against Eth, I think he really livens up the forums sometimes, but I don't think the ban is in anyway unreasonable given his ban/infraction/warning history on the site.
To echo @ Jason also; I trust @ RULE's judgement. Most of you do most of the time.
