there's not a league in rap battling better than URL, that's just a fact.

KOTD was looking like the new GrindTime a few weeks back but now that there's a riff in URL with its fans & battlers, URL could very well be taking GT's position. If I were Organik i'd seize this opportunity to host an event of SM3's magnitude & not invite any fuck niggas that'll mess it up

but honestly KOTD never came close to URL prior to this event

This was all planned...look smack did no promotion for it except one battle that didnt even happen that night (daylyt vs swave)...the shit happened at like 1 in the am and jjdd vs jc didnt get to go down either...but besides that smack didnt spend all that money on battlers who were askin for so much and then not even perform, he woulda lost money...i believe he knew what was comin w math n serius, and that is why he booked it, granted he lost another venue but fuck it, there was a fight that occurred up on the second level of the club as well before math n serius too, hopefully the first rd and fight gets put out but i doubt it...as for maths stock i think the daylyt shit on rbn got to him and he wasnt takin shit from no one no more regardless of where it was at...as for him gettin anymore battles idk most likely not on url unless they do the battle over like they did w dose but i feel he get more n more battles on other leagues fuck it why not hoffa the realest

Even before either event took place WD4 looked 10x better than SM3. NOME3 flopped, whereas BOTB6 has the undisputed best line up of the year.

And c'mon man lol "a few weeks ago KOTD were looking like the new GT"; a few weeks ago they held what is widely regarded as one of the best events of all time around message boards and from those in attendance. And it sold more tickets than summer madness.

That aside, if you check out battlers interviews etc, KOTD handles their business far better.

Beasley stated outright that there was no chance of him ever releasing that footage; it's not the type of promotion he wants for the brand; it's the kind of label they've been working hard to distance themselves from for the best part of a decade.

I like KOTD but apart from the obviously (Pat, Loe, Hollohan, Charron) they're so boring. They're up and comers are boring / non existent they just cling to the same battlers.
