Ayo real talk fam, stop rushing ya shit; I only listened to the first few bars coz I'm in work, but you need to take abit more time to perfect your flow, shit is mad choppy.. I'm guilty of that ish at times too, but you have the potential to be nice as hell but the flow lets you down.. Chill man - Sounds like you either tryna spit your shit too fast, or you just need to restructure your bars a little.
