Exactly . 90% of women don't dress up to pull, they do it to look good and feel good, and part of that feel good is to look better than the chick next to her. I don't know if you know this Eth but women don't have to put in a lot of effort to bag a guy. the efforts on the guy. a guy has to put in effort to be funny, interesting. a woman just has to be a woman. the level of guy they pull will vary but blokes are ALWAYS on the sniff for a shag. and women know this.
