@Jason , I work between 60-72 hours a week 6am-6pm/vice versa, and train hard in the gym monday-friday and have training for Marines Saturday/Sunday and sometimes even right after a 12 hour shift... Considering the hours I do, how tired I always am, and am avoiding pre-workout supplements so I don't get discharged from the Marines.. This was the best thing I could come up with to give me that extra energy boost straight after a sterdy breakfast/before the gym.

It was a mere suggestion.

Oh and I don't know how the Marines work in the USA.. But over here it's a period of 41 weeks of training then the final tests consist of a 30 mile run with intervals, 1.5 mile run in 12 minutes and then straight after another 1.5 miles in under 10 minutes.. Then a swimming test and an assault course test.

2 weeks? I wish it was that easy lol
