Na they should do it when it's cold/raining and nobody has anything else to do. Although one of the dumbest things I have seen in my life is only advertising the site.. ON THE SITE. That means you have to have already logged on to letsbeef to even know about the record day, it's so stupid! 600 people haven't even logged on over the last month, were you actually expecting that to work?

Like I said Pulse I'm not having a pop at you, I just thought this 1 time when others are trying to get people logged on (Record Day) and since you're so vocal about your wealth of followers and the problems of L.B that you could have done your part with a few simple tweets.
I don't think it's much to ask given the circumstances. It just seems odd and contradictory to me. But you're right I don't know the Twitter business (lol I said that) And I don't know what you've got going on for there to be a reason not too. But unless you explain why then it looks lame when it's basically a few clicks of some keys and a mouse to help, it's hardly back breaking slave labour.

And how would a person know they have any of those attributes before they try their hand at business? They wouldn't, and if they have then that equals experience.
If business was easy and you didn't need experience or education to do it then everybody would be a millionaire.
Battle rap is more popular now than it has ever been, there's not one website that is successful that is focussing on battle rap. Why? If we had the hottest summer ever, you know the ice cream man is balling at the end of the season. Right now battle rap is hot, why isn't anybody cashing in on this? Because they don't know how. They don't know a good opportunity when they say one, and that's a massive part of business that SHOULD come naturally.

@ Just C - It's all about generating clicks and posting interesting content. I don't want to dis-interest my followers (therefore losing $$$) by promoting a site that 99% of them could give a fuck about. So there's the ramifications on the business side of things. I'm not gonna fuck myself over doing the site a favor
& I'm not the one that brags about my page. Ya'll brought it up in this thread. Ya'll bring it up in almost every thread. Last I remember bringing it up was when I made a thread offering to do that service for other people
Ya'll are the ones having a ball w/ it. But those trolling attempts look like haterism to me

I'm not having a pop at you here either, but LB aren't advertising Pulse's twitter, and Pulse's twitter is probably making a bigger profit than LB. They're 2 businesses, a business doesn't help another business out for free or without anything in return, right? Don't look at it like a few keys and a click of mouse, think of it that way, that's what it is to him

EDIT: No way Pulses Twitter makes more than LB. Pulse might well be making a few quid off of it, no disrespect to the guy, but he needs an actual job to support himself. LB is making a good enough little side earner for X, while Beatdisk and before Rocbattle makes him a stack.
Life experience shows those attributes.
And that Simpsons episode highlights this (okay, no credible source, but you know what I mean ), but the majority of successful business people lack in education. The idea is the key point of any business.
Battle rap isn't at it's highest (8mile high as it's known), but it's not far off. I think it's more simple than that though. Just fix the issues, revamp, and market. Done.

Okay I get that, to an extent. But I can't see your followers seeing 1 tweet about L.B or a mention of it in 1 of ur reg tweets and all of a a thousand, 30 thousand or even a 100 followers going "aww I'm bored now!" then fucking off and un following you lol.
And both you and mainly eth and V are missing my point. I'm not asking the man to go ham and promote L.B heavy. I'm talking about 1 simple mention. Promoting our twitter for free isn't an excuse for not doing that lol. Like I said earlier I appreciate Pulses efforts in the past but that doesn't get you a pass from making 1 measly mention for the cause.
But going slightly off topic. I agree with most of what you said Verity. It's like the Chat only being for exclusive. it's ridiculous to me. Exclusive is a dead horse right now. it be better just scraping it entirely for now. make exclusive perks available to every member who joins. meaning more track activity, more crews, you get the point, to boost activity, then bring the exclusive fee back when it's actually worth a shit (V4) Just bin exclusive already. ya already handing em out like candy anyway. nobody renewed them with monies last time they expired. we gotta be the only site that charges to post music lol. shit is stupid.

Are you serious? Lol, freestyle rap was popular at the time of 8 mile, you can't freestyle a text battle, now it's all about written battles. Don't Flop just sold out the Ministry of Sound, and ENGLISH battle company just sound out a world famous club and paid URL rappers to come to the UK and clash BRITISH rappers that have NEVER been respected. The last time a URL rappers performed in the UK it got over a million YouTube views. That's just the UK, WRITTEN battle rap fans is what will get battle rap fans to join this website.
Letsbeef is worth about £1500, somebody could buy this site for that amount of money.
