All 12 of his accounts are now deleted.. and the 4 IPs he uses are now banned.. I no longer want eth on LB... I will save you the semantics.. hes a class A shit disturber that I personally do not want to deal with on a day to day basis.. I don't do this all the time C.. all of you know that.. but in this case I have made an executive decision on the matter in the best interest me and my site.

The site is called Let's Beef Pugz. It's full of dick heads. But at least this 1 was somewhat funny when he wanted to be and from what I understand was willing to do something for the site. I.E joint run the topical section. Which he previously did. And well I might add before he got banned for talking shit to you on a site where everyone else (for the most part less intelligently) talks shit to each other on a daily basis. Though I do understand he took it too far so what happened happened. I'm not even concerned about that. He got banned, served his ban. Then came back. But what does concern me is that. According to what he told me. You had agreed to make him Topical Mod again, either joint with Verity or soul in charge. Everything was fine. He then asked you about the situation with Rule about him being banned/accused of biting.

(Which is a fair enough thing for him to ask considering that no proof of him biting was or still has been brought forward to this day. I'm not saying Rule is lying, I believe him, he's earned the benefit of the doubt from me, but those are facts, making him well within his rights to feel aggrieved, confused and wanting answers)

You then say something along the lines of "you've only been un banned a day"' in response to him (in my opinion rightly so) asking you (the owner of the site) for answers. Then the next thing I know he's been IP Banned.

You don't have to answer to me Pugz, it's your site mate and you can and you will do with it as you please if and when you choose to. But I'm here to let you know that (If that's how it went down) doesn't sit easy with me. Not feeling it at all and tbh, even if he was being a faggot, which I'll admit is highly likely, I still don't like it. Could have just as easily taken him of your IM list. Not to mention the guy has been here and highly active since 07 and is also liked and respected by a lot of people on this site. I just can't help feeling you just wiped out 1 of the sites true characters who had over 17000 posts off the face of the site just because he got in your face a little bit on a site called Let's Beef. Not to mention someone who could have and WOULD have if given the chance gave you an active Topical Section. I personally think you should do what you can to make it possible for him to come back and have him in joint charge of our topical section. But again. This is your site.

Meh, I used to respect and have a lot of time for Eth way back in the day. Even when I returned last year he was ok.

The issue here though - and the reason I'm leaning toward @Pugz's side of the argument - is that he had a permaban lifted and immediately came back attacking the mods and causing pointless shit rather than perhaps laying low for a minute or even being grateful that he was allowed back.

I get you @Just C I completely do; it's a beef site and beef shouldn't be seen as a bad thing. The problem is he's attacking site staff, undermining not only our authority but Pugz's as well.

He wasn't permanbanned
Pugz banned him for 2 weeks n accidentally added a year onto it so he served way longer than was due. And what's this whole undermining staff issue? It's a BEEF website. I get undermined every day on here you don't see me banning members because of it. I hate that whole undermining staff crap, especially when Eth asked why he was LABLED A BITER with NO PROOF. n he gets IP banned?

If I get banned for months longer than I was supposed to, then get labelled a biter with no proof I'm going to want Some answers and I should be able to ask a member of staff without getting fear of being WIPED off the face of the site. You feel me?

I can't help feeling by doing what's been done A little bit of the sites soul has died and it's bringing us 1 step closer to a Nazi site.

This place used to be fun but it's shit like this that is killing the site. The place gonna end up full of brain dead zombies. This whole thing sends out all the wrong signals and messages in terms of what this site represents.

And the bottom line is.

its not about disrespecting staff so much as its the fact that he is problematic as a person... When hes on LB.. I have an issue brought up about him almost everyday.. Eth is the first and hopefully the only person i have done this to.. so not sure how we are on the road to becoming a nazi site?.. 99.99% of the people on this site are cool... but every once in a while there's that .01% that comes along to cause unnecessary stress and drama... seeking it out every chance they can.. Eth is one of those guys... It goes beyond "Beefing" on a internet site.. I take full responsibility for the decision i made and i stand by it fully.. sorry if this decision has upset you C
