True story. Not knockin text because I enjoy its creative side.. but at some point u have to hop on the mic ... i think its mainly because majority of textcees have minimal delivery/swag/flow... and are scared of the mic... alot of them just really started rapping... i cant speak for the entire audio side but im sure most of the cats(the good ones) have been rappin for a long time.
Theres prolly alot of textcees that are scared of their own voice.

That whole sounding like ass is no excuse..... because in text ... majority of textcees started off typing like ass... but elevated... theres no point in depending on cats who have already put their work in on the audio side to feel obligated to spit again... if all the active text heads hopd on the mic... who knows where this site would be audio wise in two years.. Elevation. Period.

Id respect them more for steppin out of their comfort zone and actually do what is intended
when Discussing hip hop. Actually voice themselves. Instead of letting words in a box do all the talking. A real challenge.
