In a live battle environment

I don't think I'd do well even if I kept my nervousness down. I'm confident in my rapping/delivery skills, but I don't think I'd connect well with the crowd. Live battles often seem to be jokes over bars and even if I did attempt jokes, most people don't share my sense of humor and I'd probably get little to no reaction. I think what makes a great bar for text battling is often different from what makes a great bar for audio/live battling, and unless I restructure the way I write bars, if I attempted to go with straight bars, it would probably go over people's heads half the time in a live battle.
