Voting Rubix

Rhyming Scheme: honestly both flowed well, and were easy to follow- so tie

Vocabulary : Both used a good arsenal of vocab but i have catharsis edgin this cata- catharsis

Topic/Meaning : It seemed like dono rushed his topic tbh- i felt ctharsis was on point and had a great direction- catharsis

Storytelling/Progression : This one goes to catharsis- his topical was well drawn out and executed well! Kept me wanting to read further and further:

Emotion : this is another close cata- both showed emotion- tie

Imagery : This is by far the easiest cata to vote- catharsis- he painted a picture well in my head:*

Poetic Techniques : i have this as a tie- both are a couple of poets!tbh-*

Ending : Catharsis had a better ending- i think he really sealed the deal with it!

Rhyming Scheme/Flow: Catharsis was more intricate for me here with a decent use of enjambment, although Dono did flow well it was a little too basic. Vote to Catharsis

Vocabulary: Catharsis was more advanced. Vote to Catharsis

Storytelling/Progression: Catharsis' verse unravelled well. Good progression and a clear line of thought. Vote to Catharsis

Emotion: Dono was more personal here. Vote to Dono

Imagery: Hardly a plethora of imagery here on either side, Catharsis' symbolism with the different artists was ok but not enough to decisively take the category. Tie

Poetic Techniques: No alliteration/assonance or any other sound techniques, although Cath's enjambment was used quite well again, it wasn't really decisive enough to take the category outright. Tie

Ending: Dono had more impact and tidied up nicely here. Close, but I think Dono edged it. Vote to Dono

I felt his verse was more thought out and there was a more distinct poetic form to it. Good battle my dudes.
