I'm taking applications for a crew.

Naw, new to the site and want to hear from some of the top crews on what you look for in your members. Win to loss ratio? Consistency? Passion? Availability? Or is the goal to have the most members? Testing the site out today and ready to get in where I fit in but have a few questions:

Can you opt out if the crew is not to your liking?
If you can leave a crew, does the crew lose those points?
What are the benefits of joining?

ive been on here for many years ...been in many top crews...and after awhile u learn being in a crew sometimes aint what its cracked up to be.... they either just become inactive or turn on u.... shit gets old...but good luck with the crew that picks u up...if u want credibility on this site...get into distinct

ive been on here for many years ...been in many top crews...and after awhile u learn being in a crew sometimes aint what its cracked up to be.... they either just become inactive or turn on u.... shit gets old...but good luck with the crew that picks u up...if u want credibility on this site...get into distinct
