The best way to overcome it, in my opinion, is to write. Whether its shitty or not, the more you write the more you will come around. It is all psychological. After I said this I bet most people on this site will get a little hindsight bias here. Your mind gets used to custom and routine. If you have always written at certain times of the day, then those are the times that your brain will be most fluent when writing. Our brains are an amazing piece of nature. They are like a muscle and we can build on and around them. So just make it routine and you will rid of the block.

As for block of concepts, use the things around you. Writers block is an emptiness of thought of ideas to write. So just fill it with the things around you; newpapers, book your reading, movies, or whatever utilites or everyday things you use or see. Whatever it is, just fill up the emptiness and let your mind take over.
