im aware of this.. and yea the recruits got potential but if they dont start fufuillin it (or at least start gettin interested n askin questions), they get dropped. all my capos are decent emcees with good leadership skills and by fellow leader is homin in on his skills but mere importantly he's got heart and he's a born leader.
