Declaring intention to return votes is against site rules.

Becuase (not everyone) but some people will read it as: if i vote for him, he'll probably vote for me in return.

Unfortunately not everyone who uses the site can be trusted to vote unbiasedly.

So publically offering to return a fair is not allowed.

Okay understood. Just a shame cause i wasn't trying to be shady like that. Just trying to get some votes around here and in return if others need a fair drop ill do it in a return.
