ive studied ju jitsu for 6 years and thai boxing for 4 years. Ive fought in KOTC.(king of the cage0 in a street fight i could break your arm,elbow,ankle,knee,neck dis locate ya shoulder, elbow knee or basically choke u till ur damn near dead or a simple high kick and knock u the fuck out. I can do any of those in less than 30 seconds

^^ creatine is just as bad ass roids... it pretty much is roids... i work at golds gym,and 40 percent of the big guys in there have confessed to me that they have used roids or are still using them.. which they regret now, but if they stop every ounce of progress they made will go down the drain.. dont use creatine, and nitrious oxide(N.O) is just as bad, it all fucks up your body.. none of its fda approved... protien is good. but the BEST WAY is to eat steaks and chicken and ALOTTT of meat.. have a healthy diet.. eat your fruits and STAY away from juice(not steroids) and drink water and milk, also V8.

yes this is all true, but he said he wanted to get big i would much rather use anobolics or creatines or N.O. then ROIDS at least that shits in the store and aint meant for horses.

How is it not? It's not a trained fight which is going to last the distance. Your opponant is not going to be planning each move before they do it, it's a streetfight, there is no rules and no restrictions. It only takes 30 seconds MAX to knock someone out, and in a general street fight there is a few seconds of barley any punches but not much usually. It's usually a good flurry that ends it as everyones giving full out punches instead of holding back like in boxing. I trained Muay Thai and Boxing, and I know what you mean with ending it quickly and break a bone. I broke a guys arm, awful decision, but it's still understandable, but if I were to fight that guy in an enviroment where we were preparing to fight, I wouldn't be aiming for a body kick, I wouldn't be going for grabs and I wouldn't be going to kick his head. I'd be trying to knock him out with haymakers as in that enviroment, it's the cleanest and quickest way to end it. Remember, you go to break his arm or leg or whatever, he could get you with a flurry and knock you out, training regardless.
