i work at Golds Gym, personal trainer...
once you hit a standstill, DONT STOP LIFTING.. and DO NOT USE JUICE!!! you will be permanantly reliant on it homie, ive seen kids go insane over even the "good" juice..
try switching up your routine, instead of doing 5 sets of 5 do a ladder routine..
like mine is
10 reps of 200
8 reps of 220
6 reps of 240
4 reps of 260
2 reps of 280
then my max as many times as i can at 330.
then the next week ill switch it up and do the 5 reps of 5 at 275..
also try incorporating some squat and lower body in the workout.
doing the lower body helps improve OVERALL strength.
need any tips just hit me up, im always down for some spectacular advice dog.

Ya, after 5 years of wrestling and about 8 months of muay thai, i had my first cage fight, and i Won by Guillotine choke in the second round, but i havent fought nor had any interest of fighting since then, i fought in a catch weight of 230, but dont train MMA, get a black belt from a Gracie School, and you can do work on basicly any rookie fighter, striking is ez to train but hard to master, MMA training gives you to much, its cool to have a tool belt with lots of tools, but its useless if you dont know how to use them all perfectly....

you need to dedicate alot of time to it to really get a good background in all areas of fighting so you can hold your own in an MMA fight
@ KK.. if GSP got into a street fight.. he would beat the living shit outta the guy. its not that much different from a cage match other then the fact that no ones gunna stop you if your getting killed..
you have all the skills you need, you just need to apply them.

word, you're probably right, you know more about it than me.
BUT
in a streetfight there are other elements than skill involved, alot of it is mental and psychological
