This is how topicals have always worked afaik. It’s a completely different format to the rest of the site, so only people who are able to vote are the ones who have shown experience and skill at that format.

This is how topicals have always worked afaik. It’s a completely different format to the rest of the site, so only people who are able to vote are the ones who have shown experience and skill at that format.
