To be honest with you, I normally wouldn't put something like that out in the open. It would normally be discussed with staff first (not the person suspected of biting), but at that time there was no staff and someone suggested I put it out to the community. I KNOW I've seen that bar before here on letsbeef. Everyone has a different tolerance for what they would call a "bite" or a re-worked concept. To me, if you've heard it before, it shouldn't even be "reworked". I posted a video where the same concept and wordplay had been used in a live battle, but I couldn't find the battle where it was used on LB (I believe the account was deleted). People felt your bar wasn't close enough to the bar in the video. It's whatever. I'm over it. I removed the thread after seeing how hurt you were by it. I'm only responding to this since I saw I was mentioned.
