Piano's not for me, but the drum pattern and delivery knocks. You need to clean up those vocals though. The static BG noise muddys up the mix. It's way too prevalent and it's really distracting.

It's alright man. The horrorcore 5hing isnt really my style. Reminds me of an uhhmazing track. Second dude was like the bizzare of the verse. I also feel like the weird backwards doctor sues English, "on her lap I sit" stuff sounds silly. Just a personal thing. Beat was cool and you worked it well. Props for doin your thing.
