We are thinking about a new voting system that is more simplified for the new site. Do you think the skill ratings are needed? We use them in calculating points.

Personally? I don't think they're needed at all. I think the best way to rank LB users would be with a form of ELO rating, as opposed to the current points system, or skill bar like we currently have.
