I'm also not positing infractions, or bans. Only "in game" punishments, so to speak. Things like exclusion from crew battles/activities. Credit deductions. Things that don't necessary impede your use of the site, but that you may also want to avoid.

yes lmfao. im thinking twice about this shit now. really, everyone can get on the same page and just keep crew sizes small. it really is that simple. especially now since its just gaycees and acockalypse that have like +15 members

My intent is kind of for crews to be treated more like team sports, long term. Maybe even with a league/standings.(A crew draft, too, maybe? Which has been proposed before.)

But, for that to work, there need to be a lot of them, and they need to be SMALL. 6 members, tops. 1 leader, 2 captains, 3 members. AT MOST 9 members, but, I even think that's a stretch. 2 leaders, 3 captains, 4 members.

Additionally, though, for that to work, there also has to be some degree of moderation, or oversight for the numbers in the crews. Because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE on this site is ever going to be on "the same page."

If there was prizes for being the top emcee every month in that arena like emcee items or credits or some shit it’d jump off ....

Same for crew battles if the system was to allow t to work properly and a ranking system was integrated correctly who wouldn’t want the bragging rights of being the top crew ....

Forums is good for now but I did this a while back was even made a forum mod to do it don’t you remember it’s just such a massive workload to maintain its unreal

I think the system if executed correctly could make it very attractive ....


For instance in the exclusive arena if someone was to make a crown or some shit for the emcee items the top exclusive battler could wear that every month and then get it taken from their emcee or like a crown a royal robe and a staff made of gold ....


I don’t know these are just ideas I’m pitching ....

But crews is massive if the system supports it ...

I’m massively against it going to forums ....

Truth be told yall just don’t like the fact APOC and AC’s are more relevant than your crew Hahahahahaha

Workload is activity. You want members to participate, then give them a way to participate. The crew forums are there(and they work), and crews can set up their OWN crew battles. They don't need a mod to do it. Maybe just to oversee numbers, and record wins. But, that's literally it. If you want people to use the site, there have to be things for them to do on the site to occupy their time.
