But it also opens up the floodgates to unintelligent idiots who have no technical know-how about battling whatsoever, thus the potential and almost certainty of the quality of votes going down is definitely prevalent.


But, with that being said, this would also boost the range of voters substantially, and could EASILY lead to a large number of new voters.
