Protein Shakes
Which one do yall prefer? Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey or Isopure No Carb shake? Or any other brand?
Personally I prefer ISOpure because I'm done with the bulking phase and doing the summer cut at the moment. So since Isopure has 0 carbs and 50gms of protein, it's an ideal shake for cutting. Of course you'll have to pair it up with HIIT, that's what I do.

Yeah that's the downside of it. But BCAAs can prevent that and save lean muscle tissue.

I use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard...its low in carbs, gives you a good amount of protein, and like 5 grams of BCAA's....my mistake was not knowing shit about exercising and starting with Muscle Milk protein powder...its garbage
i've heard a lot about Isopure but never owned it myself so i cant speak on it...but 50g of protein and 0 carbs sounds pretty good. i know its more expensive too, so it depends on your budget i guess.
also multivitamins give you a good amount of energy and give you the vitamins for the day. i take this MegaMen multivitamin from GNC which gives you 400% of your daily vitamin B, so basically if you eat a heavy breakfast you're set for the day with energy

The majority of Protein on the market has BCAA's, Unless you get some shitty 15$ tub from Walmart. Protein is pretty damn expensive if you want the good shit. I used to get ON or Syntha-6 but I switched to Muscle Pharm Combat. It's the same overall, but a lot cheaper...and Combat has casein and isolate. I used to use ON Casein before bed...switched to dry-pressed cottage cheese instead. Way cheaper and it's actual food. Food>Supplements.
