Islamic radicalism is also a function of western interventionist policy. Pretty much every extreme Islamic state was started in some fashion through western intervention, and every natural movement in recent islam has been progressive. Airport checks and such. Anywhere some sort of "mask" or what have you, would not be tolerated. Some Muslims in Ontario are actually fighting to wear it in there Driver Licenses.

Nuns robes could be used to hide and conceal weapons or dangerous materials, should they have to strip down at the airport also??
