Honestly the Lack of dope beats while searching is very Demotivating Alot of times I search high and low and will have to take a beat and chop certain loops out of it etc and make a beat out of it....I didn't drop tracks for like a year due to The shitty mainstream sounding bs thats allover soundclick and youtube

On youtube you have to dig deep and soundcloud has dope beats just gotta dig deep and one word of advice and you probably already know 9/10 times if a beat says "Dopest beat you ever"it usually isnt LMAO

You know what, minus the cutting the beats up (Which is a good idea tbh) This sums up my ventures scouring the net for those beats that just make you wanna write some shit. You know what I mean that shit. No matter how blocked or lacking inspiration it gets you right in the mood and the juices flowing.

I end up hitting the same brick wall as you. It's not just youtube though.

I remember SoundClick and Dat Piff used to be RIPE with nice instrumentals.

Now it's like everyone wants to be a trap producer.

I can sift through 20 tapes and find maybe 1 or 2 that have a few nice beats I can work with. The rest just sound the same with all the electronic synths with no progression and 808's/

I can't find shit.

Only time I can find something is if I go back in time and revert to shit I probably wrote a million times for already and it just gets old.

I'm tired of wading through garbage.
