Charge: the Manslaughter of 6 of his children *He has 17 in total*

*Arson plan hatched between him, his partner (the mother of the deceased) and a friend to frame his lover who left him, planned on saving the kids to seem like a hero but the fire got out of hand and sadly the little kids died*

Sentence: 15 years *2 and a half years for each kid he killed*
( has to serve the full 15 before considered for parole)

Sentence: 17 years (Will be released in 8 and a half)

yeah thats why its crazy coz in the UK a rapist getting 6 yrs in the US they get life off top.... but the kid killer only doing 15 is what got me fucked up

Yeah and when you think he got 2 n a half years per kiddy is shocking. The judge was going to hand him 30 years, but that would mean he would have to released in 15, so she gave him 15. he has to serve that before eligible for parole but even then his freedoms not garunteed, thats a job well done on her part to get around her hands being tied by a stupid law,.

why call it a 30 year sentance when he only has to serve 15. Just call it a 15year sentance and thats that. you hand out 30 it should be 30
