decent acca spar here , both Ghost amd AP really showing they are gettin their delivery down to a T now , AP in particualr here , prob one of the best ive heard here , was feelin his delivery a touch more , the cadence was relly poppin in at the right spots , also i feel AP had the edge in punches thrown they were a lil more technical than Ghosts, great job here guys FV 

Not a bad spar here, lads. Both had some decent lines. AP's mic presence was stronger on this one, but need to lower his vocals down a touch (or don't higher them up ;) ) as shit was too loud and clipping... other than that, i've got AP taking the win in this one. Props to both.
