This was certainly a fire battle, dope shit from both here on this one. I enjoyed this read. I can actually see this one going either way. CKT: A very strong showing here, loved how you connected multiple one liners into bars, especially in your middle section. Lock: A more convential approach, consitant and good punches, the PLK, Mario for examples. Props gentleman.

Dope read.....winner best part for me was from RINSE AND REPEAT.to the end..flow was crazy mad flames.....then losers best lines for me was brush upon crown like a dental advised......mad line. Just felt flow on the beginning could of been stronger no hate both keep doing your th thing

This was a dope dope battle! Crown opener was fire, and the whole verse stay consistent..u had sum great thoughts and creativity. This the First time I've read a verse from you..(unless your an alias) but I'm impressed.

Lock came with it as well. That Crown royal bar was flames..you had sum good name flips..very creative, this was a solid verse top to bottom..punches hit hard.

This was a really great battle! You both brought it with setups, punches, wordplay and some dope multis too. 

CKT: I really liked your wordplay..really clever ideas! Overall I thought your punches came across near perfectly with great setups. I especially like your multi sets and flow. 

Lockhart: Dope drop. Your punches really hit hard and were very clear by the way you set them up. I liked the name flips you used also.

I learned a lot reading both of these verses, you guys both have some real talent. Ultimately it came down to the multis for me, you were both really solid in your executions.. but CKT is my winner for originality with wordplay and I felt his flow just a littttttle bit more. 

This was an extremely tight battle, great job to both. It's taken me a long time to make up my mind, and I'll explain why before saying what my decision is. I felt like, in isolation, Lock's punches were consistently (slightly) better than CKT's due to his flawless execution and style. However, on the whole the impact of Lock's verse was reduced by the repetitiveness of the nameplays (4 King nameplays and 3 Crown nameplays our of 9 punches total). CKT had a great variety of concepts and execution styles, but was hampered by a few tiny issues across the lines. For instance, "da fish n sea/deficiency" is in the same family as Ds feet wordplay in my book, which hurt the otherwise incredible Davy Jones punch. A few of your setups also didn't make sense when read both ways (ie the lock heart in the chest one). So in the macro-level aspects of verse construction CKT was ahead but on the micro-level aspects of bar construction Lock was ahead. Wow I sound like an ultra-technical wanker. Anyway, I decided by an extremely narrow margin to vote for Lock here, the reason being that because CKT is a new name around here the nameplays weren't played when the battle dropped (though they sure as hell are now lmao). Hope that makes sense, GL to both cos this could go either way. 9-9

No long expo king was good some stretched punches in there and wordplay issues but nothing major......lock was a cut above here all the name flips were crazy including the opener and closer streamlined and well executed. Got lock taking this due to an overall more complex and better worded drop RESPECT fairs in

Good display of skill and unanimous rhyme syllables throughout the whole verse. Always a risk with that move but fairly nicely done. Personals- I feel dawg, but also left me wanting a more rounded verse. Really liked the continuous straight punches on every line rather than set ups to punches, helped add punch count.

Complex with the wordplay as always. Felt like the crown royal concept is used, (not that CKT's shells concept wasn't), internals was nice. Verse was well written for grading. This:

Ya girl comes to me for sex cause you ain't GOOD IN THE SHEETS. She tells me she yawns cause when she LOOKS AT YA MEAT? She knows "King's Size ain't big enough", while my dick'll really "PUT HER TO SLEEP"

Dope concept and name flip, butI felt you coulda linked it all together a bit better since saying your dick'll put her to sleep can be ambiguous in the same way you say his dick makes her yawn.. ya know? Also the king size part... coulda added snack size or miniature pun to his shit or something to really tie it together.
