I infracted Thug for his mouth, because I felt the look of something official would wake up his head, his harrassment got him banned cuz he wouldn't leave someone alone when I told him to. I still check him on occasion to let him know he's passed the line, but we're cool now. I don't recall banning someone outright for racism. If I did, I appologize for that inconsistancy.
