to be over rated first off you gotta be rated high on the hiphop list, so you could pretty much leave out all mediocre emcees..i would say 2pac (i only like the all eyes on me album and makaveli)..then i will say lil wayne (out of 50 songs i might like 2 of them)..i WOULD NOT say 50 cent cuz now a days most look at him for what he's worth (1 dope album and 1 decent album)..eminem isnt over rated cuz his 1st 3 albums are classic pieces of hiphop for years to come..jayz isnt over rated cuz honestly who in rap has done what he achieved (10 number 1 albums)..i think the most UNDER RATED would be big pun for the fact that if he was still alive he wouldve progressed to a level that many would wish for
