I didn't want to give too much away, but seeing X has posted in the chatbox, I guess the cat's out of the bag. Basically, X bought out Pseudo Nim for full ownership of the site. At least that's what I was told would happen. The next step is to invest some capital and human resources (X has some coders who work under him at Google). Another extant site is supposed to get bought, and their coding implemented in an LB rebuild.

He worked for them way back in the day, started his own company which recently got bought by Google. ..so that's where the capital comes in. Google kept a role for him after the takeover, so yes, he is back working for Google.
