but the reality is that not everyone handles things the same way. so if someone goes to "mod X" and he acts in a certain way then there isnt anything I can do about it as a mod

thats why mod selection should be very very careful and only handed out when we can be very sure they will make good decisions ... unfortunately that hasent always been the case

The fact it's not, isn't really the point....My point was he's a cheater...and he shouldn't be given the chance to keep those titles once he's been dealt with.

Use that shit for future reference for cheaters.
