That is not the issue with Jason's rule. The situations that he banned, quite rightly, was "Vote on this ___ and i'll return" "Voted, Vote back on this ___". This pretty much means "Vote on this ___ for me and if you vote for me ill vote back for you". "Ok, done, now vote for me on this ___". Difference being that both me and balactik are returning the votes, so whoever the person voting will vote for, they will be voting against someone who will be returning a vote, so if there actually is some dickriding and hate voting going on, then if they vote me, the senario would bring me returning the vote for them and galactik returning the vote against them. This is not against Jason's rule, I just used his name to get the thread views, and yet you guys are still coming in and not voting :S.

if X made it so they hit the latest battle list by the time the person responds .. it wouldn't even be a problem ..... it'd solve everything ..... i brought this up to X ... but he said it's gotta be the way it is to keep the monthly ranking in order ..... like if somebody wants to drop a load of battles in say .. tourny qualifying month .... they have to go by when the person sent them .. incase the other guy takes too long responding

I still think that threads regarding battle voting should be banned and the FVC made a helpful thing. If we got rid of battle links, and just had the FVC thread, and although you champs seem to detest it so much, give us ertitles to FVC members, there will be something that makes voters really want to vote. If we made the FVC a more difficult thing to get into though. Make the mods in charge and give like a 2month period to allow 5 members in, everyone will be voting and battling it out with massive votes to get in and get the usertitle. Then hold votes amoungst the current members at that time to see who could get in next and who is inactive in it etc. Make a maximum of 10members so that people can get dropped all the time and new people recruited to it etc. Voting needs to be more competitive for people to fully take advantage of it.

Hence what I said RULE. I vote sometimes because I know that by reading you get better, and sometimes I'm just interested in certain battles, but I benefit nothing out of it except 1/3 of enough credits to battle, and i haven't had a credits problem since I first joined.
